The AHACPA provides you the most timely, relevant, and reliable HUD-Approved Lender information and tools available. This course informs and updates you on the most recent HUD-Approved lender/loan correspondent program accounting, audit, and electronic submission requirements and provides specific guidance on how to efficiently implement those requirements. You receive and learn how to use the most comprehensive HUD resources available. These resources provide you the guidance and practice aids you need to efficiently perform accounting, audit and electronic submission services for HUD-approved lenders.

Hotel accommodations & parking fees are not

The rate for rooms is $109 per night.  The room rate will be available through 

Friday, October 26, 2007.  There are a limited number of rooms under our room block.  Rooms under the block will be issued by the hotel on a first come 

first served basis.  If the block is filled before October 26, 2007, 

there is no guarantee that additional rooms will be made available.

Cancellation Policy:


All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Registration fees are fully refundable provided the request is received at least three weeks prior to the course.  Requests received after this date, but one week before the course will receive a refund less an administration charge ($50 per person for one-day courses, $75 per person for two-day courses).  Due to financial obligations incurred by AHACPA no refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received less than one week prior to the course.

If you are unable to attend a conference, you may substitute another individual or change locations without penalty. However, for proper CPE credit and record keeping, you must notify us in advance of any substitution or change in locations.

In rare instances, a course may be cancelled or rescheduled.  We require a minimum number of registrants per class in order to hold the course.  If we do not have enough registrants the course may be cancelled.  You will be notified at least two weeks ahead of time and a full refund of the course fee will be made.  However, AHACPA is not responsible for other costs incurred, such as non-refundable airline tickets, or other related costs.
