AHACPA Continuing Professional Education (CPE) provides timely, relevant, and reliable information; interaction with expert instructors; and great networking opportunities. AHACPA courses are interactive, educational, and experiential. Courses are interactive to provide a more enjoyable and effective learning experience, educational to learn affordable housing service requirements, and experiential to enable you to efficiently implement those requirements. AHACPA courses comply with the Statement on Standards for Formal Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Programs, published by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).

Cancellations & Substitutions All
cancellation requests must be received in writing.
Registration fees are fully refundable provided the request is
received at least three weeks prior to the course.
Requests received after this date, but one week before
the course will receive a refund less an administration charge
($50 per person for one-day courses, $75 per person for
two-day courses).
Due to financial obligations incurred by AHACPA no
refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received less
than one week prior to the course. If
you are unable to attend a conference, you may substitute
another individual or change locations without penalty.
However, for proper CPE credit and record keeping, you must
notify us in advance of any substitution or change in
locations. In rare instances, a course may be cancelled or rescheduled. We require a minimum number of registrants per class in order to hold the course. If we do not have enough registrants the course may be cancelled. You will be notified at least two weeks ahead of time and a full refund of the course fee will be made. However, AHACPA is not responsible for other costs incurred, such as non-refundable airline tickets, or other related costs. Special Requirements If you have a disability that prevents full participation in a conference or course, you can contact us at (800) 532-0809 at least two weeks prior to the course to ensure reasonable accommodations are made to suit your needs.
