Membership Benefits
The AHACPA is the only national association of CPAs and financial
professionals providing financial services for the affordable housing
community. Financial services generally include accounting and
audit services. Affordable housing generally includes U. S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Multifamily and
Public Housing.
Membership informs you of affordable housing financial requirements
and provides specific guidance on how to efficiently implement those
requirements.
Membership Dues
Membership dues for each fiscal year are $200 per office location. Dues include
AHACPA News; AHACPA Templates; Forms, Publications and Guides;
Technical Support; Client Referral Services; and
discounts on Continuing Professional Education; Conferences; and Products
and Services.
