Sean Hutton is an Assurance Partner for the audit team in the Columbus office. Sean has more than ten years’ experience in the accounting industry, providing services for privately held clients. He plays an integral role in performing and reviewing audit work for affordable housing entities including HUD, Rural Development, and Section 42 low income housing tax credit projects.
Sean assisted Rural Development with developing the new risk based reporting requirements. He consults with clients on tax credit questions, and acts as an overall business advisor. Sean understands the importance of client service and prides himself on both quality and on-time delivery.
